Strawberry & Honey Breakfast Smoothie

Who wouldn’t want breakfast in a glass? Especially if that means you only need one hand to eat it. Chuck a banana, honey, Jordans Muesli, yoghurt, milk and strawberries in a blender. Blend, pour, sip and you’re good to go.

Directions
  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender or food processor, and blitz, blitz and blitz until you can blitz no more, or until it's smooth. Add extra milk if you like a thinner smoothie. Add more honey to taste.
  2. Pour into 4 glasses, then serve.
Recipe Tips

Try using strawberry yogurt instead of natural yogurt. Try using raspberries instead of strawberries. When they’re out of season use frozen ones instead – there’s no need to thaw them before blending.

  • ¾ cup strawberries, roughly chopped
  • ½ cup cup low fat natural yogurt, or any of your own choice
  • 1 banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 ½ cups Jordans Muesli of your choice
  • ¾ cup skim milk or nut milk variety
